Secure Checkout & Trusted Payments
Two bars instead of one is simply more hanging length on the same piece of wall. In a shared bathroom that is the difference between everyone having somewhere to put a towel and towels ending up over the door.
It is a wide rack — the supplier gives its size as 30.3" x 11.2" x 5.5" — so each bar takes a full bath towel opened out rather than doubled over on itself.
Cast iron is heavy for this category, and that is the point. It does not flex under a soaked bath towel the way thin tube does, and the weight is what keeps the fixing tight over years of towels being pulled off it.
- Size: 30.3" x 11.2" x 5.5" (76.96 x 28.45 cm on the first two), per the supplier listing
- Material: cast iron
- Bars: two
- Mount: wall mounted
- Capacity: a full bath towel on each bar
- Care: wipe dry, avoid abrasives

Two bars, one wall
One bar means one towel, or two towels overlapping and staying damp. Two bars gives each towel its own air without taking a second piece of wall.
Cast iron weight
Thin tube racks bend slowly under wet towels until the bar no longer sits straight. Cast iron has the mass not to, and that mass is also what keeps the wall fixing from working loose.
A fixture, not an accessory
Cast iron is bolted to a wall and stays there. Put it where towels are actually used — a family bathroom, a guest bath, anywhere they currently end up on the floor.

Frequently Asked Questions
How does it fix to the wall?
It is wall mounted, so it needs drilling and fixings suited to your wall — tile, plasterboard and masonry each want something different. Cast iron is heavy, so choose fixings rated for the rack plus wet towels rather than whatever is in the drawer.
Will it rust in a bathroom?
It is finished to handle bathroom damp, but it is still iron. Wipe it dry from time to time and do not leave standing water sitting on it, and it will hold.
How many towels does it hold?
A full sized bath towel on each bar, comfortably, with room for hand towels alongside. Both bars loaded with soaked towels is well inside what cast iron carries.
