The long side runs 94.5" and the chaise returns 59", with a 35.4" deep chaise and a 15.7" seat height. No assembly: there is no frame to bolt together and no bag of hardware to lose — it arrives as pieces you set where you want them, in two boxes that may turn up on different days.
