Secure Checkout & Trusted Payments
Wabi sabi favours materials that show their nature rather than hiding it, and this lamp is built on that idea: a wood base with its grain visible, and a pleated fabric column with an honest weave. Neither pretends to be more finished than it is.
Fabric filters light into something closer to late afternoon than midday — warm, and slightly uneven in the best sense. Beside a bed or a sofa, that quality does more for a room than raw brightness.
It stands 47.2" tall on a 6.3" base, so it sits at armchair height rather than towering over the seat, and a foot switch keeps the cord tidy. The wood tone varies between pieces, which is the point rather than a defect.
- Height: 47.2" (120 cm)
- Base: 6.3" (16 cm), wood
- Shade: pleated fabric column on a metal frame
- Switch: foot switch on the cord
- Care: soft brush on the shade, dry cloth on the wood
- Best for: bedside, sofa side, living room

Materials left alone
Wabi sabi is less a look than a preference for materials that age honestly. Wood that shows its grain and fabric that shows its weave both get better with time rather than tidier.
Light through cloth
A fabric shade scatters light rather than throwing it, so there is no hard edge where the pool of light stops. That is the difference between a lamp you sit beside and one you sit under.
No two the same
Wood tone shifts between pieces, so yours will not match the photograph exactly. On a lamp built around natural materials, that variation is the reason to buy it.

Frequently Asked Questions
How bright is it?
It is a bedside and sofa-side lamp, so expect warm, soft light rather than room lighting. If you plan to read by it for an hour, sit close or add a second source.
Will the wood match the photo?
The shape will; the tone and grain will not exactly. Natural wood varies between pieces, and this lamp is designed around that rather than in spite of it.
How do I clean the shade?
A soft brush, or a vacuum on its lowest setting, working top to bottom. Do not wet a woven shade — water leaves rings that dry in worse than the dust did.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we ship free on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and transit times are estimated at 7–9 business days after dispatch.
Will I receive tracking information for my order?
Yes, once your order ships, tracking details are emailed so you can follow delivery progress.
What is your return policy timeframe?
You can return items within 30 days from when your order arrives for an easy return.
Do I pay a restocking fee?
There are no restocking fees as long as the item is unused and returned in its original packaging.
