Forty nine inches wide is the size that actually fits an apartment living room, a bedroom, or a landing without swallowing the walkway around it. A loveseat is what you buy when a three seater would win the argument with the room.
It is only 20.9" deep, so it sits against a wall without eating the floor, and the seat is 17.7" high — a normal chair height, easy to get out of. The frame is rated to 600 lb across two seats.
Linen upholstery gives it warmth against white walls and a texture that reads as fabric rather than as a finish. Solid wood legs lift the body off the floor, so the room stays visually open underneath.
- Overall: 49.6" W x 20.87" D x 31.5" H
- Seat height: 17.72"; seat depth 21.26"
- Weight limit: 600 lb; seats two
- Upholstery: linen, ocher
- Legs: solid wood
- Assembly required

Built for two
A loveseat is not a small sofa that ran out of budget; it is the right size for a room where a three seater would block a doorway. Two people, comfortably, and the walkway still works.
Legs, not a plinth
Solid wood legs lift the body clear of the floor. You see the rug continue underneath, and that is most of why a small room reads as open rather than crowded.
Linen up close
Linen has a visible weave, so it catches light differently across the day instead of sitting flat the way a synthetic does. It is the reason the piece looks warm in a room of hard surfaces.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will it seat two adults?
Yes. At 49.6" wide with a 21.3" seat depth it is a genuine two seater rated to 600 lb, though it is not a sofa you will stretch out on full length.
How do I clean linen?
Vacuum it regularly and blot spills rather than rubbing them in. Linen takes water marks if you soak it, so a barely damp cloth and some patience beat a wet one.
Will the fabric look like the photos?
The colour will be close. Linen is a natural fibre with an irregular weave, so texture varies slightly across a piece and between pieces — which is exactly what distinguishes it from a printed synthetic.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we ship free on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and transit times are estimated at 7–9 business days after dispatch.
Will I receive tracking information for my order?
Yes, once your order ships, tracking details are emailed so you can follow delivery progress.
What is your return policy timeframe?
You can return items within 30 days from when your order arrives for an easy return.
Do I pay a restocking fee?
There are no restocking fees as long as the item is unused and returned in its original packaging.
What if my item is damaged or defective?
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are free to return, and refunds are typically processed within 7 business days after inspection.
